Early Childhood Program
Infant Room

Our infant program is for ages 6 weeks through 18 months with a child-to-caregiver ratio of 4:1. We follow your at-home schedule in order to maintain consistency in your child's routine: diapers and wipes are provided. The room is arranged to accommodate mobile, non-mobile, and sleeping children in separate areas. We have a playground especially equipped for infant children.

In preparation for transitioning to the toddler program, children ages 12 to 18 months move to an infant classroom, of 4 children each, which allows plenty of room to crawl, walk, and play in a more structured classroom environment.

Toddler

Our toddler program is for children 18 months to 3 years of age with five children and one teacher in each classroom. Each room is equipped with child-sized bathroom facilities and teachers are more than willing to assist with potty training; diapers and wipes are provided. Teachers provide a fun and structured day that promotes development of small and large motor skills, socialization, and includes age appropriate indoor and outdoor activities. Weekly lesson plans are posted outside each classroom for parents to view. USDA approved breakfast, lunch, and snack are provided daily.

Pre-School

Our pre-school program is for children 3 to 4 years of age with seven children and one teacher in each classroom and the pre-kindergarten program is for children 4 to 5 years of age with eight children and one teacher in each classroom. There are child-size bathroom facilities in each classroom. Each room is arranged into various interest centers for dramatic play, large motor, small motor, and quiet book time. At this level the program is more structured and focused on an education-based curriculum.

Pre-Kindergarten

In preparation for school, the children in our pre-kindergarten program are encouraged to engage in more self-directed activities and there is a greater focus on academic readiness.
